While other synthetic tile roofs are manufactured from recycled materials such as tires or milk bottles, DaVinci has chosen not to use recycled goods. In turn, our tile roofs provide outstanding service and protection for 50 years and we have a standard 50-warranty to back it.
Another benefit to our synthetic tile roofs is that our colors resist fading and maintain their beauty over time. DaVinci invested five years into the development and fine-tuning of our patented ColorSafe™ protection, offering two layers of UV protection:
1. The first layer of color is embedded in the polymer prior to the molding process for long-term
protection.
2. The optional second layer which is a transparent sealer coating (the strongest UV inhibitors) which
is applied on the surface of each shingle. It's like a high SPF sunscreen for roofing and protects
against sun damage.
