Easter Bunny Consults with National Color Expert
KANSAS CITY, KAN. – Bored with distributing traditional pastel-colored eggs, the Easter Bunny has asked national color expert Kate Smith for assistance with decorating tips.
“Every year I hide the same pastel-colored eggs for children and this year I’d like to jazz it up a bit,” says the Easter Bunny. “While I was out placing Easter eggs and goodies in yards last year I was impressed by the abundance of colors on homes these days. At one point I looked up at a roof and saw this delightful blend of colored tiles. I really want to capture some of those exciting colors on my eggs!”

Now he’s camped out on my computer playing with DaVinci’s Color Design Studio and designing a host of new color combinations that he swears will look great on his eggs this year.”
According to the Easter Bunny, 2012 Easter eggs will be more colorful thanks to his meeting with Smith. “Why should roofs have all the fun?” says the Easter Bunny. “Children’s baskets will be overflowing this year with colorful blends of decorated eggs in terracotta, autumn, purple and green. I’m so excited about these sensational colors that I may never go back to pale pastels again!”
