Featured Project – Irving, TX
When the folks over at Christian Brother's Roofing showed me these birds eye perspective photos, the first thing I said to them was, "I have to put these on my blog!" Located in Irving, Texas this Bellaforté Shake roof in the Abruzzo blend perfectly caps this home's massive brick exterior. Besides adding an aesthetic quality to the home, the unique design of these imitation cedar shake roof tiles makes them an eco friendly roof choice. Bellaforté Shake tiles are 12" wide by 15" long. The tiles self-align, and that feature, along with the built in rain gutter, means that the tiles install at a 12" exposure. Because of that, you only need 100 tiles to fulfill a square, reducing materials needed for installation and therefore reducing the overall footprint of this particular roof. Also, this shake shingle roof system comes with a 50 year warranty, and will outlast a natural shake roof by many years.
