These homeowners have gone maintenance free after removing their old cedar shakes and replacing them with a Bellaforté Shake roof in Espresso, which is a warm brown color blend from our shake line.
Mike Brennan, with Brennan Exteriors located in Mukwonago, WI told me the installation went smoothly, much more so than natural cedar shakes. Bellaforté Shake is a self-aligning system that, other than the first course, requires no chalk lines to be snapped as the pieces fit together as they are being installed. Once a roofer gets the hang of it, this can mean a faster installation, which can save everybody time and money.
