Featured Project – Spring Ridge Court Assisted Living (Wilsonville, OR)

Vinci’s faux wood shake roof in Weathered Gray blend was the product chosen for the Spring Ridge Court Assisted Living facility near Portland, Oregon. The first phase of this project totaled 87 squares and replaced the natural cedar shakes on the facility’s club house and office building. The remaining phases, including the apartments for the residents, will be completed in in subsequent stages. High-end contractor, Snyder Roofing, who specializes mostly in commercial projects, completed the first phase with our synthetic shake shingles last summer, and is set to start work on the remaining phases for the completion of this large designer roof project.
