Featured Project of the Year – Cedar Roofing Company
It was a great week at the International Roofing Expo! We’re packed up and headed home, but the work has just begun, as we get our follow up appointments scheduled, samples out, and touch base on projects with the folks we met at the show. We also had the opportunity to show off our four Featured Project of the Year winners both in our booth and here on our blog (click here to read about Statewide Roofing, Umbrella Roofing, and Custom Roofing).
Today, I’m featuring the project winner Cedar Roofing Company out of Lake Forest, IL. Cedar Roofing Company partnered with DaVinci back in 2010 to offer maintenance free composite roofing materials to the homeowners in the area. When we saw this submission for the contest come through, we knew immediately it was a winner, this house just makes you go WOW! CRC tore off the deteriorating shake shingles from this home and replaced it with a Multi-Width Shake roof by DaVinci. The Multi-Width shake line looks like hand split cedar shakes, but won’t cup, curl, and lose its color the way natural shakes will. It also comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
