From the Architect’s Corner – Barns

The sustainable roofing material made by DaVinci Roofscapes has been used on a variety of smaller structures including tiny houses, gazebos, pool houses, gate houses, and lake houses. I often say, the best thing we can do to help clients make a decision on what type of roofing material to use is to show them an examples of project similar to theirs. I don’t often receive calls from architects who are scouting out roofing material for barns, but once and a while it pops up in conversation and these photos are definitely worth sharing.

Barns outfitted with polymer roof tiles are less likely to sustain damage due to wind and hail, and the owner can also get the authentic look of cedar shake, but the reassurance of a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
