Strong Growth Projected for DaVinci Roofscapes® in 2013 and 2014

Following a year of housing market recovery, DaVinci Roofscapes expects to end 2013 with top line sales increases in the double digits over 2012. And, the company anticipates experiencing double digit growth again in 2014.

“Our product offering was ideally positioned to immediately take advantage of the improving marketplace conditions in 2013,” says Ray Rosewall, president and CEO of DaVinci Roofscapes. “We launched our Bellaforté Shake product in June of 2012 to complement our previous Bellaforté Slate offering. That gave us a complete product family with an attractive price point positioned to compete with premium asphalt and metal roofing products in the improving economy.

“The marketplace fully embraced the Bellaforté line in 2013 with the shake product achieving quadruple the anticipated sales figures for the year. On a percentage of sales basis, the Bellaforté family of products will have the greatest increase for our company in 2013, and we expect that to continue in 2014.”

“We expect sales for all of our product lines to grow in 2014,” says Rosewall. “The Bellaforté family will continue to grow at a faster rate because the product’s lower price point gives us access to a much larger market. There’s also the factor that our polymer roofing products meet changing codes in specific geographic areas.
