DaVinci Roofscapes 2018 Commercial Roofing Projects
Community Relies on DaVinci Shake
Palm Springs, Florida
There’s a reason why Floridians hate hurricane season. High winds and severe weather can ruin a home — or homes. In the 400 townhome community of Springdale, some residents with new Bellaforté Shake roofs in an Autumn blend rest easier during the storm season. Once product installation is complete on all the units, all the homeowners will be able to breathe a collective sigh of relief.
“We’re installing new mansard roofing at Springdale on a regular basis. People like the design of the Bellaforté Shake roofing tiles along with its durability. It doesn’t look like the average roof and offers so much more protection from the elements.” – Piotre Zawadzki, Owner, Trusted Construction
Funeral Home Selects Synthetic Shake
Greenwood, South Carolina
In 2018 the old asphalt shingle roof on Harley Funeral Home & Crematory had finally worn out. It suffered from hail damage, was curling and had missing shingles. The Bellaforté Slate in a Slate Gray color was chosen for the project to reduce materials costs and increase the curb appeal of the property. The DaVinci synthetic slate puts the look of natural slate within reach for a commercial project at a budget-friendly price.
“We have a 10,000-square-foot structure that has been added onto many times over the years. The result is a historic building complex with many rooflines. We were impressed with the appearance and warranty of the DaVinci slate product. The new synthetic slate roof has given our building a fresh, updated look.” – Carol Harley, Funeral Director, Harley Funeral Home and Crematory
Country Club Clubhouse Topped Off with Composite Slate Roof
Columbine, Colorado
Encompassing 56,000-square-feet, the new $25 million Columbine Country Club Clubhouse opened in late 2017. Atop the sprawling Colorado clubhouse sits DaVinci Roofscapes Single-Width Slate roofing in a Brownstone blend. Chosen to enhance the exterior appearance of the structure while helping protect the facility from hail and severe weather conditions, the DaVinci roof looks right at home atop the multi-million dollar clubhouse.
“The DaVinci slate has the durability we were looking for, plus it complements the natural stone on both the inside and outside of our new clubhouse. This roofing product helps complete the look of our building. We found that DaVinci was a great value, has a wonderful, finished style and its performance capabilities so far have been terrific.” – Michael Bratcher, COO and General Manager, Columbine Country Club
Spring Arbor of Salisbury
Midlothian, Virginia
Not all synthetic slate roofs are alike. That’s what the team at HHHunt Property Management discovered when the synthetic slate roofing product installed on the original structure cracked and started falling off the 100-bed facility. To assure the safety of its residents and the aesthetics of the structure, the team invested in DaVinci Single-Width Slate tiles in a Slate Gray color.
“The DaVinci product was completely different than the synthetic tile product we initially had problems with on our building. We have confidence in the DaVinci composite roofing product and believe the long-term appeal will be strong.” – Richard Williams, Senior Vice President, HHHunt Property Management
Saint James Episcopal Church
Hendersonville, NC
The slate roof atop Saint James Episcopal Church had seen better days. Constructed in 1913, the soaring stone exterior on the church building stands tall amongst trees lining the street in historic downtown Hendersonville, N.C. With a new DaVinci Single-Width Slate roof in Slate Gray overhead, the building has new life while retaining its original look.
“Our committee chose the DaVinci product based on its reputation, durability and ease of installation. We were also impressed with the warranty on the synthetic slate tiles and their very close similarity to real slate.” – Eric Goodman, Building and Grounds Chairman, Saint James Episcopal Church
