Featured Project – Mentor, OH
Wow! It is like our luxury roof tiles were made for the mansard on this apartment complex located in Mentor, OH. The Deepwoods North Apartments met their steep slope roofing match with Bellaforté Shake in the Tahoe color blend when Runyon & Sons Roofing installed the material on the project last year. Using our imitation shake products enables apartment complexes and other multi-family living structures to have the aesthetic quality that brings renters in, but overall will save them on wear and tear that happens to shakes.
When I was preparing to write this blog, I showed this photo to our VP of Technical Services, Tim Gentry. He liked the way Runyon & Sons Roofing (also out of Mentor, OH) did the flashing detail around the windows and up top where the flat roof meets the Bellaforté Shake tiles.
