Summertime … The Ideal Time for a Roof Replacement
Actually, any month of the year is perfect for adding a composite roof to your home. That’s because synthetic slate and shake products from DaVinci Roofscapes can be installed any time of the year, even in temperatures below freezing. But, summertime is especially ideal because it’s when homeowners are focused on landscaping, upgrades and enhancing the curb appeal of their homes.
Different spring and summer weather conditions also prompt many people to tackle a roof replacement during this time of the year. From the realization that winter snows caused roof leaks to damaging hail with spring storms, evaluating your home during this season can often result in a decision to move forward with a roof replacement.
Summertime is also a bit of a lazy, dreamer time. That’s ideal for thinking about how you’d like your home exterior to look.
We can help with our free online Top Down ColorTM Visualizer. Use one of our house pictures or upload a picture of your own home. Then you can see what different roofing, siding, trim and accent colors and products look like on your home. It’s so easy to envision how changes can help your home have increased curb appeal by making some changes.
And, along with enhancing your home’s look, a new roof means added protection for your house and family.
If you live in an area prone to high winds, hail or other severe weather conditions, composite roofing can stand up to Mother Nature. We’re so confident of the success of our synthetic slate and shake roofing that we provide you with a Lifetime Limited Materials Warranty!
Curb Appeal Galore
Because August is National Curb Appeal Month, at DaVinci Roofscapes we’ve always focused a great deal of attention on summertime roof enhancements.
Over the years we’ve introduced the free, downloadable ebooks, “FRESH Home Exterior Colors” and “FRESH Color Schemes for Your Home Exterior” during National Curb Appeal Month in August. And, there’s good news ahead.
We’re planning to launch a brand new ebook from chief color maven Kate Smith in just a few weeks. This one continues in our “FRESH” series and will tackle adding top down color when using our Nature Crafted Collection of composite roof colors — Black Oak, Aged Cedar and Mossy Cedar.
Stay tuned for that new ebook. But, in the meantime, get a jump on National Curb Appeal Month by evaluating your roof and home exterior. Listen to what the homeowners below have to say about their composite roofing. Then, let us know how we can help you turn your home exterior into the envy of everyone in your neighborhood!
“My wife was researching faux slate tiles on the Internet and found DaVinci. We ended up using the composite shake product and it looks absolutely beautiful — better than the real thing!” – Larry Anderson, Homeowner
“We needed an aesthetically-appealing roof that would stand up to Mother Nature. We followed the recommendation of someone who knew about DaVinci Roofscapes and we’ve been exceptionally pleased with the results. We’ve never had to worry about the roof and it looks as good today as when it was installed a decade ago.” – Robin Vivian, Homeowner
“It was very important to us to have a roofing product that resembled the original slate on the home when we purchased it. We wanted to keep the look and character of the house the same. We’re very pleased with the appearance of the simulated slate shingles. The color blend we selected has nicely accented the color of the home’s brick siding and helped pull the entire exterior renovation together.” – Doug Miller, Homeowner
