DaVinci synthetic shake shingles are made of a composite material (polyethylene) containing virgin resins, UV and thermal stabilizers, as well as a highly-specialized fire retardant. This makes our products fire- and impact-resistant. In addition, our tiles resist curling, splitting, cracking and fading. After that, they resist pesky insects, fungus and algae growth.

Here’s a great example of homeowners loving their real cedar roof, but wanting to make a change. The Schmidt family perfectly fits the mold.

Schmidt’s reaction to his new roof doesn’t surprise roofer Scot Schwartz.
